This event will be held under the International Sporting Code of the FIA and the National Competition Rules of CAMS - CAMS Permit No. TBA. Entries will only be accepted with full payment and all details on this registration accurately completed. All fees include GST.
Welcome to the Celebration of 70 years of Porsche sports cars.
Introduction
The Committee of the Porsche Club NSW has developed three entry types for the 70th celebration. The Regularity and Promenade are available to all Porsche owners. The Demonstration Laps is an invitation only event (see below).
Regularity
The Regularity will consist of one practice session and three competitive sessions. Entrants will be allocated to one of three classes based on the time they nominate on the entry form. The organiser may move entrants between classes based on the times achieved in the practice session.
A regularity is a competition to try to achieve a Target laptime. Entrants will set their Target Time after the practice session. Entrants earn laps for going at or slower than their Target time, get a bonus lap for being within 1 second of their Target Time and get no credited lap if they are faster than their Target Time.
Demonstration Laps
Please nominate the historic or interesting vehicle you wish to present. Owners will be able to drive the car during a special non-competitive Demonstration session during the program, for approximately 5 laps of the circuit. Drivers will require a CAMS L2 licence. PCNSW will select the drivers and vehicles to be invited based on the entries received.
Promenade
Entrants will get 3 laps of the Eastern Creek circuit in a promenade. The Promenade will be conducted at a a highway speed, with no overtaking with Course Cars at the front and rear of the column. One passenger is permitted during the Promenade.
Drivers will NOT require a CAMS licence to enter the Promenade. Licences: Current L2NS (or better) must be presented at registration. Licences will not be issued on the day. Acceptance of Entries: Entries will be accepted in order of receipt. The Organisers reserve the right to refuse an entry without giving a reason in accordance with NCR 83. Indemnity: You must read the REVISED SUPP REGS and the Competitor and/or Driver Disclaimer on the Club Web site before submitting this registration.
