THE BIG DRIVE WEEKEND with Dinner at Parklands Resort, Mudgee via Windsor – Hunter Valley- Mudgee- Oberon-Marulan-Sydney

For those PCNSW Members looking for a longer (nearly 900km) weekend drive in their Porsches, this is the one for you with 4 x 2-2.5hr driving sections on some of the most scenic and uncongested sealed country roads in NSW with the final 5th leg being a quick burst up the M5 Motorway back to Sydney.
Leaving 9.00am on Saturday 22 March from McDonalds at Windsor and driving up the Putty Rd to a brief (half hour or so) self-funded pitstop venue in the Hunter Valley. Then onto Mudgee for a mid-afternoon arrival so you can explore the local area at your leisure before a delicious 2 course dinner (dessert and drinks at individual’s additional cost) at the Parklands Resort and overnight stop in Mudgee. Participants will need to organise their own accommodation and it is recommended that you try and book yourself into:

Mudgee is a popular destination for tourists in Autumn and last minute accommodation can be challenging. Therefore early bookings are recommended because as at mid-January there were only 25 rooms vacant at Parklands Resort so you need to book your room very soon if you want stay with the majority of the PCNSW Group. On Sunday morning after a leisurely breakfast of individuals choice we will gather at Parklands Resort will head-of at 9.00am towards Oberon where we will have a brief self-funded lunch stop before continuing the journey to our final pitstop at Marulan via Taralga and Goulburn.
The cost of joining this run is $60/person for the drive and 2 course dinner at Parklands Resort or just $10/car if you just want register for the run and organise and pay for your own dinner in Mudgee on the Saturday night.
