Our Club Secretary Alan Taylor OAM will give a presentation on Shipping Disasters . The presentation covers major shipping disasters from the RMS “Titanic” through till the present day and includes the passenger ship “Costa Concordia”.  The presentation covers the reasons for the disasters and the changes to the requirements in the construction of ships to improve the "Safety of Life at Sea” via International Conventions.

This is an official PCNSW event and we ask that all members attending, register online, particularly if you are driving a vehicle on historic plates.

For online registration: register here

You may wish to bring a folding chair.

Parking is available on Gardeners Road directly out the front of the dealership. The clearway on the opposite side if the road ceases at 7:00pm. There is additional parking on Ellis Avenue and Birmingham Road (behind the dealership).

Members looking for a quick meal beforehand head to the pub nearby on the corner of Gardeners and Botany Roads around 6:00. There is a good bistro out the back with large tables.

Also, just five minutes down the road from Sydney South, with perhaps the best pasta quality available, hand made on site. Members will love the range available and especially the prices. The facility is neat but basic, but that does not effect the food. A perfect stop for a meal just before a club meet. http://adamospasta.com.au

Enter the dealership via the driveway off Gardeners Road via the Service Reception entry. Please note entry via the back carpark is not accessible after hours.

Afterwards tea and coffee will be provided as usual.

Please note that Club nights are no longer being held at Porsche Centre Willoughby.
